Responsibilities:

- Tax planning - Analysing business transactions and initiatives, partnering with various teams and functioning as an in-house tax advisor

- Tax litigation support - Handling the open tax litigation/assessments, working with tax authorities and external advisors to help with assessments / litigation

- Tax compliances - Leading internal team and external consultants on day to day statutory compliance's and internal reporting (both corporate tax and transfer pricing related compliance)

Preferred Skill Sets:

- Understanding of accounting concepts preferred

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management

- Excellent excel and general computer skills

- Ability to understand and work with ERP systems
