POSITION SUMMARY : The role will lead the HR practices of Organization through continuous execution, engagement with managers, functional heads, to deliver HR practices and will play a key role in the success of the organization by creating and implementing various human resources programs around employee retention, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between Business Team and management. Will also be responsible for strengthening and protecting the organization's values and culture. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: HRBP Team REPORTING TO Senior Director - HR ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: With Business Heads of GBS &amp; Distribution Centre MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/ Post Graduate in Human Resource, MSW. RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Partnering: - Build and Implement new HR strategies to create a high performance and conflict-free workplace through efficient business partnering - Implement talent management strategies and develop relationships with business to drive org goals. - Supports business leaders in maximizing sustainable growth and innovation by helping to build leadership, talent and organizational capability. - Review, benchmark and implement best practices from the industry. - Provide guidance and input on succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, employee engagement, performance management, promotions, bonus, Annual Pay, Engagement survey, etc. - Establish Reward and Recognition guidelines and tools. - Involve in HR operations, budgeting and managing internal HR information systems Employee Relations: - Resolve complex employee relations issues and address employee/management concerns, grievance handling and investigation resolution. - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and employee retention, Attrition management. - Lead HR special projects from time-to-time on areas like wellness, diversity and inclusion. - Develop effective partnerships with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. - Participate in HR reviews by the business Organization Structuring: - Identify ways to improve policies and procedures - Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions &amp; projects and ensure timely completion. - Designing and implementing HR Strategy in alignment with business objectives and creating sustainable culture that supports the company - Manage Talent potential and criticality reviews and develop skill repositories
