- Work independently along with external counsel and manage the litigation's of the company.
- Draft and negotiate contracts independently.
- Corporate advisory.
- Review Food Product claims document
- Support in legal review of marketing materials, training materials, events support.
- The role will be of an individual contributor.
Desired Profile
- 7-8 years of work experience as an in-house counsel or part of in house legal team.
- Prior work experience in Food industry or with FMCG Companies
