Herbal Chakra - Program Manager (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Driving implementation of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and service
- Conducting market research on product, content and marketing strategy in D2C businesses
- Helping develop the long-term strategy with a strong market perspective
- Owning competition insights from a category, customer, service and capabilities dimension
- Handling key projects from insights to execution stage and deliver final outcomes collaborating across teams
Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 institutes
- 1 - 3 years of experience in market research, program management, business analytics. Experience in D2C segment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Dashboard, Business reports
- Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly analytical and data-driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
- Team player and excellent communication skills to work with team members across functions as well as external parties
- Strong work ethic
