Work across various small business units in Adhesive to develop a sound business model to enable transformation of the business ( NES ) net external sales to double from its current position. Develop and execute a go to market approach by leveraging synergies across SBU's, market analysis, driving sales optimization and operational excellence to significantly step up size, quality and sustainability of business. Special focus on examining Merger and Acquisition Opportunities Across the region.
