Hempel - Account Manager - Sales (5-15 yrs)
Title : Account Manager (Sales)
Location : Bangalore, India
Reporting to : Manager Sales Protective Coatings - South
Key Responsibilities :
- Support business strategy to achieve sales targets and pro-actively expand current/new market (and customers).
- Putting Hempel in all key specifications related to O&G, power, infrastructure
- Effective use of CRM in building a sales pipeline with new opportunities
- Liaison with global team / group marketing / BTE in order to give customers value and build trust
- Product launch
Key Tasks :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial and results
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop new specifications in order to have Hempel in the approved list.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing busying and non-buying.
- Promote new products and technologies to the market and customers.
- Coaching for sales staff -entry level
- Support launch of new products in sub-segments
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- CRM and lead generation
- Commercial offers for projects / strategic opportunities
Required education, experience and job-related skills :
- B. Tech - Paints / Polymers / Engineer - Mechanical, Chemical / MBA or any engineering field.
- Min 5- 10 years- experience in similar field
- Practical knowledge of CRM or other ERP
