Hema's - Assistant Manager - Vocational Assessment (1-2 yrs)
Designation :Asst Manager - Vocational Assessment
Package : 6.5 LPA to 8 LPA
Job Responsibilities
1] Maintaining healthy relation with Sector Skill Council.
2] Responsible for end to end batch conduction which includes - assessment creation, monitoring of the batch, result sharing with SSCs and uploading of results on portal.
3] Troubleshooting in case any operational issue arises.
4] Training of new on-boarding of team member.
5] Coordinating with various stakeholders in scheduling and conducting the assessments across pan India
6] Report analysis and working on various compliance reports shared by SSCs
7] Research on market trends in new skills, job roles, in skill domain.
Basic eligibility criteria :
1] Must be a graduate. Management graduate will be preference.
2] 1 plus year of experience.
3] Excellent customer service and operational skills.
4] Strong verbal and written communicator.
5] Proficiency in Microsoft office, CRM and assessment portal.
6] Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
