Roles & Responsibilities

- We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of E-commerce who can head and develop our digital sales. Someone with personality attributes of strong leadership, passion, high energy will be the best fit.

The core responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating cross-functionally and to manage & direct all aspects of the ecommerce business which includes strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic and product performance, among other things.

- Plan & organize all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand experience for all customers.

- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability

- Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.

- Lead and mentor the digital team in managing and optimising the various digital marketing channels including organic, social and paid.

- Be a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality and timely publishing of all web content.

- Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.

- Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.

- Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.

- Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brand offering. Responsible for the overall business growth through strategic alliances and digital media across different channels.

Skills and Qualifications

- Seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, B2B and B2C experience a plus.

- Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, along with sophisticated analytics.

- A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.

- Proven leader with experience both managing teams and execution of large eCommerce projects.

- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

- Proven success developing, executing and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging Product Experience Management (PXM) platforms, successful delivery of business value, near and mid-term growth for a brand.
