Content Strategist Job Brief: - We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to provide our creative team with guidance and lead the content strategy of The Man Company. You will devise the content strategies for a particular campaign and will monitor it till execution/production. - You will implement your creative vision and become the point of reference from the creative team for any content that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to build our unique brand language and content led community Responsibilities: - Conceiving and implementing concepts and 360 creative plan under various creative projects and overseeing them to completion - Devising quarterly and annual social media plan and maintaining a calendar - Directing and motivating teams of art directors, graphic designers and copywriter to help them use their talents effectively - Provide guidance and ideas and lead the overall content strategy - Collaborate with various department stakeholders to understand the business and customers - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas - Write and design unique and well-crafted copy for our social media, website and blogs etc - Provide content and 360 campaign ideas feedback to the team - Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals - Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Requirements: - Proven experience as a copywriter in grooming or lifestyle category, added bonus if its for men - Hand-on experience in creative process - Teamwork and communication skills - Great fluency in both English and Hindi writing - Knowledge of not just developing content/scripts but also hands on knowledge of executing and supervising the production Preferred Male Candidates
