Role: Sr. News Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday and odd Saturdays
Salary: Per Market Standards
Job Description:
- Ability to take up the entire responsibility of the product end-to-end
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Improvising on existing features of the product using data analysis
- Monitor various aspects of the News platform
- Take action on improvement of accuracy of sentiment platform and news tagging
- Data management including daily data update & validation as well as collection whenever required
- Passion to learn new things; keep updated on latest trends in market
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/Post graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience
- Min. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Take accountability and ownership of the product road map
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Ability to learn complex procedures/ tasks quickly
- MS Office skills are a must
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
