HealthSpring - General Manager - Corporate Account Management (10-18 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Operations Management
- Oversee and coordinate operational matters with the team of Account Managers
- Primary point of escalation for critical clients as well as account managers
- Set and continuously manage project expectations with Operational Managers
- Monthly reviews with client & Account Managers
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel to ensure completion
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. Track project milestones and deliverables
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
2.Project management:
- Reviewing SLAs for all corporate and OHC business
- Support to the HOD
- Vendor management
- Collection management
Renewals :
3. Transition management
- Business development
- Pipeline management
- Preparing Business Proposals
- Participating in the RFI,RFP and auctions
- Leading the price negotiation meetings
- Actively review new business opportunities from existing accounts
Candidate profile
1) Min 10 years+ in Corporate Account Management leading large teams and business
2) Post graduate a must
3) Comfortable with extensive travel
4) Experience in the health industry would be an added advantage
