Salary Offered : 8-15 LPA Junior Product Manager: The Jr. Product Manager joining our team will play a central role in driving our product vision. Further, the candidate will get a ringside view of building the most intuitive product that adds immense value to doctors and patients. What is expected of our Jr Product Manager? 1. Deep understanding of customer experience &amp; requirements 2. Ability to identify current gaps in the product, prioritise them and work cross functionally with UX, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to get them implemented and released to the market 3. Own the vision for the product, and devise a roadmap to get there 4. Ability to translate the roadmap into actionable requirements and specifications 5. Assess the competition, and devise strategies to continue to lead the market 6. Evangelise and create awareness among the users about the product 7. Define key metrics for the product with a passion for assessing progress quantitatively Mandatory qualifications: Bachelors degree in CS/IS only and an MBA from tier-1 Indian B-school 1-3 years of work experience building successful SaaS products Candidate would have had one of the below (or similar) career paths: We look for individuals with excellent clarity in thinking, superb communication skills and a natural willingness to travel and meet customers across India to understand firsthand their stated and unstated needs from our product.
