Healthplix - Product Manager - IISc/IIM/IIT/ISI (3-8 yrs)

The Product Manager joining our team will play a central role in driving our product vision. Further, the candidate will get a ringside view of building the most intuitive product that adds immense value to doctors and patients.

What is expected of our Product Manager?

1. Deep understanding of customer experience & requirements

2. Ability to identify current gaps in the product, prioritize them and work cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to get them implemented and released to the market

3. Own the vision for the product, and devise a roadmap to get there

4. Ability to translate the roadmap into actionable requirements and specifications

5. Assess the competition, and devise strategies to continue to lead the market

6. Evangelise and create awareness among the users about the product

7. Define key metrics for the product with a passion for assessing progress quantitatively

Mandatory qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in CS/IS only and an MBA from tier-1 Indian B-school

- 3-8 years of work experience building successful SaaS products

The candidate would have had one of the below (or similar) career paths:

1: Software development - product marketing or technical pre-sales - product management

2: Software development - product owner - product manager

3: Software development - strong experience in product marketing/technical pre-sales and having a demonstrated passion to switch to Product Management role
