Its a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business in a fast growing origin.

- Managing sales & distribution business for the country / region

- Channel sales and creating a robust distribution network

- Developing new business plans in order to increase volume sales & brand penetration

- Identifying gaps & growth opportunities in various markets

- Monitoring competition and supporting the sales team with price and promotions.

- Appointing distributors where there is a market gap and increase the penetration of the brand.

- Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors

- Coordinating with supply chain and marketing team for stocks and other operations.
