Broad responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, the following :

Job Description : 

1) Define and own the overall branding, value proposition and user communication of Healthkart across all mediums

2) Continuously engage with users to find areas of strength and improvement of healthkart ecosystem

3) Devise new user acquisition strategies and improve the retention of acquired cohort

4) Increase the adoption and retention of consumers on Healthkart Loyalty Program

5) Work on strategic partnerships to find new ways to reach out to target audience

6) Work on continuous improvement of user experience with all touchpoints of healthkart ecosystem

7) Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to - take action-

8) Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and Healthkart competitors- activities

9) Figure out which influencer to partner with - includes research, reach out, negotiation of terms, on boarding and monitoring Designing activities to keep the influencer pool engaged through workshops, goodies, schemes

10) Building a community of loyal customers of healthkart and ideating on how to engage with these customers (gathering testimonials, initiating trials of new products, making these loyal users Healthkart evangelists)
