Broad responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to, the following:

- Build and scale D2C brand portfolio, owning the P&L for the brand

- Own the brand growth strategy - create short, medium and long term roadmap for the brand, including new products/categories introduction and channel expansion

- Be responsible for market research - consumer insighting, consumer journeys etc

- Liaison with R&D, manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain to launch new products

- Define the brand value proposition and be responsible for end-to-end marketing communication

- Liaison with sales heads to drive and deliver the annual business plan

- Build and lead the team required for brand
