- Looking for a General Manager to lead our Healthkart Diet and Nutrition consultation services

- Create consultation plans for various concerns like weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, PCOS, PCOD etc

- Manage a large team of nutritionist panel and manage their productivity (number of consultation per day, NPS etc)

- Improve metrics like cancellations, total consultations done per nutritionist, NPS

- Work with product team to improve both consumer facing product and backend for nutritionist panel

- Set up digital marketing team (paid + organic) to drive consultations

- Create sales pitch and train nutritionists to drive monetization via paid programs, supplements sale

- Drive extremely high NPS and customer satisfaction with the program. Make sure that the program adds value to the customer's life.
