Job Title : General Manager - Retail Sales
Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead Retail stores channel in HK
- Plan & execute same store sales growth plan
- Plan & Execute HK store footprint across India & drive profitability at store level.
- Drive sales targets, plan store sales strategies, analyze sales data, and Increase store Margins.
- Plan store layout and merchandising to simplify customer shopping and promote products.
- Manage retail store staff, hire and train new employees, motivate current employees, oversee payroll & Incentive structures.
- Conduct sales forecasting for new product launches & work closely with Brands team to drive sales at retail stores.
- Formulate yearly business plan for the year
- Conceptualize marketing strategies to increase sales
- Identify and develop new retail formats & markets to diversify the portfolio
Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Post Graduate preferred from Tier 1 colleges.
- Ideally 10-15 yrs of experience in Retail Sales from Sports Nutrition, FMCG Industry required
- Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
