We are looking for a Customer Resolution Manager to guide and lead a Global Team of Customer Resolution Specialists and Team Leaders, whose primary function is to resolve service failures effecting our customers, all while exceeding Quality Customer Satisfaction, Loss reduction and SLA Targets and expectations. In this role, you will serve as the local authority for issues relating to Service Failures in your area and be the key point of contact for information or resolution of these issues - Lead the team to ensure they have the appropriate skills to action an in-depth, root cause analysis of every service failure, and give a quality response to the internal or external customer - Effectively handle the case volume and ensure high productivity which meets all SLA expectations - Ensure the team has access to all necessary Tools to complete their Role effectively - Ensure the Team Leaders and teams are focused on Ops excellence and set OKRs - Lead the team with a key focus on reducing the company's revenue loss with every opportunity - Support Team Leaders with appropriate training and development so they can coach all team members and handle key performance expectations - Be the key Point of Contact in your POS/Area for the Customer Resolution Business and ensure you are the Expert on Service Failures effecting your Area and knowledgeable on the resolution needed to prevent re occurrence - Work closely with Continuous Improvement and to ensure your team is handling and solving tickets correctly - Challenge and change any process/procedure which does not make valuable contributions to the internal/external customer and meet OKRs Who You Are You- d be great for the role if you have/ are able to: - Analytical problem-solving &amp; decision-making skills - The ability to build &amp; maintain teams - Embrace &amp; champion change - Extensive experience in a similar customer facing, quality management and problem-solving role - Strong team management and performance management skills and experience - Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills - Flexible and adaptable to an evolving environment - Analytical, questioning and challenging - Ability to influence change in a positive and inclusive style - Travel management experience preferred but not essential - Excellent team work with own team and global colleagues - Global awareness and acceptance of different cultures - Always having customer at the heart of every decision - Knowledge of FreshDesk Tools - Essential IT skills including Excel/Word/Outlook and PowerPoint
