We at HealthifyMe are looking for a talented and highly capable Enterprise Sales professional to drive HealthifyMe's sales and win new business. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding quota, closing six to seven figure deals along with strong, well-established relationships with target clients, business and channel partners, and in general have a good sense of the corporate wellness space. - Existing relationships at the CXO level and Head-HR level are a must have, with the ability to manage and drive closure through a pipeline consisting of existing and new named accounts. Responsibilities : - Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets - Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline - Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities - Work closely with various in house teams to reach revenue targets - Increase sales to existing and new customer base - Work with the marketing team to develop specific campaigns supporting the sales initiatives - Will start as an individual contributor role with possibly a team building vision Requirements : - 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with strong connections with key decision makers particularly at a CXO and Head-HR level - Consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment - Energetic, upbeat with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity - Successful sales professional in this industry having proficiency/familiarity with corporate wellness - Looking for people with Saas sales experience (preferable) and selling to HR would be ideal. Additional Information : - Base salary plus commissions - Added accelerators and performance bonuses for higher earnings - Closing of large deals monthly is expected continuously.
