HealthifyMe is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Head ofOperations, In this cross-functional role, optimisation instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, conversions and ensure KRAs of different teams are defined and streamline day to day operations in line with business requirements

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Managing all the teams under operations (Sales/Service/Customer Success) and ensure KRAs of different teams are defined and streamline day to day operations in line with business requirements

- Optimizing and improving quality, scaling teams and processes as business and markets evolve

- Responsible for setting up any new business operations, geographies as and when needed

- Strategizing and executing projects aligned with the company vision and setting timelines to reach those goals.

- Proactively keeping an eye out and experimenting with new features that could provide a seamless customer experience.

- Recruiting & Managing the fleet of executives and ensure a healthy and efficient work environment

- Drive product integration and implementation in close coordination with product and business team

- Lead business analytics to generate accurate consumer and product insights; identify gaps in operations; develop and implement a corrective action plan

- Enable new product ideation, growth opportunities, and existing product enhancement for existing tie-ups

- Align staff and all other resources to most efficiently and effectively achieve programmatic objectives

- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems. Represent the company and actively participate in operational reviews, MBRs/QBRs.

- Improve employee retention and enhance employee engagement.

Skills Required (Mandatory):

- Post Graduate from a premier Business School

- Strong operations background and experience of 8-10 years in leading Pan India operations for a large, fast-paced organization ideally from a technology-focused company preferred

- Must have experience in managing large teams across the country focusing on efficiency and improvement without compromising on time

- Need to be a process master who can constantly innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity in our processes/system

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to quickly gain shared vision externally and internally in order to move things forward under extremely stringent deadlines.

- Prior experience in working with a startup / entrepreneurial venture is highly desirable

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience
