We are looking for rock-stars who can help us scale the business even further to new cities, new business segments and create new and innovative solutions for the customers and the industry. We are looking for people who have an independent mind, question the status quo, push the limits and have the drive to create new businesses from scratch.

Cofounded in 2014, by Deepak Sahni (14 years Healthcare technology and medical tourism experience) and Anuj Mittal ( ex-BCG, IIT, IIM, 13+ brand, strategy & ops experience), Healthians is well-funded by a clutch of Indian and international investors including the cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who is also our brand ambassador.

Healthians.com is looking for dynamic interns from IIT:

Project Duration: 30 - 45 days

Project Title: Customer Experience Enhancement

Number of Interns required: 3-4

Role Details:

Interact with the existing customers for their experience with Healthians and to identify gaps in our processes and systems.

Will interact with customers to try to understand the areas which we need to work on for getting more loyal customers.

Analysis of all inbound and outbound call for trend identification on hourly basis and plan to increase the number of satisfied customers.

Analysis of customers- experience and process improvement plan to retain our customers.

Analysis of reviews on different social media platform/ Emails/Google reviews from our clients to increase maximum number of loyal customers
