Experience: 10-18 years

Healthcare industry will be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Being a part of senior management the role has to coordinate with multiple stake holders across cities as well as the head office ensuring smooth operations.

2. Quarterly Budget Planning for Ops and ensure cost effective management.

3. Design, plan and implement new initiatives across cities.

4. Maintaining the minimum bench mark by attaining business targets in Operational metrics.

5. Team building and grooming. Should have expertise in handling 200 + people on and off the ground

6. Support tech team in building new products by providing insights into the operational issues faced by different teams and the potential challenges that operations team can face.

7. Expertise in ground level operations and logistics management

8. Building the supply side according to the business demand
