Job Profile & Selection Criteria - Drafting and reviewing Legal instruments including but not limited to agreements, legal notices, BG etc. - Knowledge of Legal regulatory and statutory compliance to provide requisite advisory. - Must be good in Legal Research to provide advisory to the Company on legal matters. - Candidate must be able to efficiently update the master sheets and act as a custodian of the important documents, whenever required.
