Major Do's In The Position - EIR will explore and drive strategic partnerships and expand Healthians's existing setup within the department and organisation as a whole. He/she will also be responsible for designing and executing programming, managing logistics and buddy mentoring. - Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. - Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Define tasks and required resources, Collect and manage project team, Manage budget, Allocate project resources. - Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs - To support the growth of the organisation by contributing in planning strategically and managing that project. - To contribute in key start up activities related to team formation, strategic marketing, and business development, strategic partnering and manufacturing strategy and fund raising. - To monitor assigned projects to assure successful and timely accomplishment of milestones - Understand, work and execute on business plans and technology. - Execute on joint engineering, go-to-market opportunities, often involving our team, partners, customers&amp; getting work done. - Jointly identify opportunities for collaboration, co-creation &amp; management of team related work activities. - Advise on strategy and best practices in the industry.
