Major Responsibilities: As a Client Engagement Manager, you will - Own relationships with large enterprise accounts and blue-chip channel partners - Manage the post contract service delivery and ensure that the SLAs are resolved within the agreed TAT. - Be responsible for smoothly conducting corporate health check and other wellness programs - Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to set/manage expectations and to get deliverables executed within the agreed timelines - Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners. - Identify and encash on up-selling opportunities during the engagement. - Responsible for client retention and renewals. - Travel and co-ordinate for on-site camps in Bangalore/other cities (if need be) Requirements: 1. Experience in healthcare/public health/wellness industry 2. Prior Corporate Account Management experience. 3. Strong Project Management skills along with unrelenting client focus 4. Problem-solver, eager to learn, self-starter, goal-oriented 5. Meticulous and detail oriented approach 6. Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills 7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
