About the role:

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated person to lead our content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in creating and publishing engaging content, driving brand growth, and converting audiences into customers.

- Ability to jointly plan and design, and independently measure and report marketing campaigns that are in line with the practice priorities.

- Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting

- Ability to build a complete communication plan for our B2B clients end to end

- Ability to engage with decision makers at our clients to create a personalized communication plan for their organization

- Develop content for Blogs, Articles, Newsletters, Emails, social media and the company website and other creative requirements. Proof-read the content for errors and inconsistencies. Proven content writing or copywriting experience is a must.

- Optimizing content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

- Create, edit, and manage compelling content across various channels including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, webinars, white papers, and more.

- Manage content production by coordinating with internal teams and external resources / agencies.

- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and customer engagement.

- Distribute and promote content through multiple channels to reach the target audience.

- Track and analyze content performance using analytic tools, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align content with broader business objectives.

- Develop stronger client relationships and play a vital role in driving successful marketing programs by owning sections of larger campaigns

- Develop, implement and own metrics and KPIs to measure success
