About the role - Understand the company's strategic goals and competitive position and establish the same with enterprise accounts in pan India. - Partner closely with cross functional teams like Operations and Accountment Management to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize an error free and reliable outcome. - Drive and have a passion for customer, consumer engagement, customer relations and ongoing improvements in the relationships/engagement. Learn quickly and define delighting factors/metrics that will make Healthi an indispensable service. - Understand and update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends. - Enable timely collections of funds for the sales done. About you - Candidate is expected to have at least 4 years of industry experience (B2B) of which minimum 2 years in healthcare domain.
