Our client is a Multinational Consulting firm with a strong global presence and one of the leading Healthcare Consulting arm. At the back of ferocious growth within Indian Healthcare market, they are looking to hire a Lead Performance Improvement for their Healthcare Strategy Consulting Practice to be based in Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Healthcare Consulting Partner (Hospital/ Diagnostics space), your responsibilities as a people manager to 10-14 reports, will include:

- Responsible for end to end Client service delivery and Client acquisition through professional relationships

- Ensure timely mangement of multiple client projects, client engagements, available resources required and manpower or team utilization

- Ensure the deliverables are of high quality and upto expectations of the brand and client expectations

- Come across as an expert in Transformation and Digital Health projects to the Healthcare clients (in Hospitals and Diagnostics space) and contribute further to knowledge development

- Be able to drive the team results in line with overall business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients

- Be solution oriented specially in area of hospital operations/ diagnostics and business analytics

- Be able to bring in and carry strong networking and solution expertise in the given area of consulting

- As a lead in the Healthcare Consulting Practice, be able to drive and meet all compliances to the firm's standards and processes

Profile:

- Comes with 10-14 years of experience with specialised experience in Healthcare Consulting for India market (OR from Strategy roles background from Healthcare Providers/ Diagnostics players in India

- Be a strong team player and a strategy and execution champion as a role model to the team

- Should have managed a team of strong performers and helped recruit and build a team through strong people development practices

- Tier 1 MBA is mandatory

- Should be okay to travel on a weekly basis and must come with strong networking skills
