SUMMARY Leading the design, growth and management of the e-commerce platform which includes desktop and mobile websites, iOS App, Android App and in-house business facing products (for marketing, operations, customer service and catalog management) along with supporting the engineering team in the development of these products by providing input as and when required. Be the champion of your product, you will be responsible for creating mindshare for your product across both internal and external stakeholders KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp; - Determining customer needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. - Designing &amp; Understanding Consumer Journeys - Driving product features across Apps (Android &amp; iOS), Desktop website &amp; Mobile website (PWA) - Understanding the business requirements, defining the product vision and strategy, and working with the engineering and business teams to execute it - Taking ownership of the products including defining the scope and requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products - Owning key metrics (Conversion, retention, repeat, traffic/session, DAU, MAU, Downloads, Installs, Operational TATs) for the growth of the e-commerce and omni-channel business of H&amp;G - Defining and conducting AB tests to validate the product developments and monitor the roll out of final products to users - Working in a cross-functional environment including marketing, merchandising, operations, customer support and engineering - Responsible for defining the online products for the omni-channel platform and businesses of H&amp;G and developing the roadmap for the same; Digitization &amp; Automation of the Process Flows - Leading successful collaborations with other business units of H&amp;G to drive and achieve the business objectives including the Omni-channel goals and objective - Solving complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment
