Health Cover - Assistant General Manager - Fintech Merchandising/Supply Chain

HealthCover is a Bangalore Based Financial Payments company and is run by 2X entrepreneurs ex CapitalFloat (Axio) and ex-Groww executives. Our platform helps healthcare providers exceed financial goals and improve the end-to-end digital patient experience, from pre-service through payment. We are a Fintech Company providing e-commerce like swift, secure and amazing payment experiences in healthcare.

Looking for Assistant General Manager - Merchandising/Supply Chain for the operational and merchandize delivery goals for our clients including dispatching QR codes, Goodies to the clients, other print materials etc to establish seamless business flow and relationships with our clients.

KEY ROLE Responsibilities::

Ensure a Supply/Delivery Rate of 100% by undertaking and managing all the operational and merchandize delivery activities of our fintech products :

- Planning the daily and weekly client deliverables as per the branding product design.

- Conveying Clients on when their order would be delivered through email and whatsapp

- Manager and Coordinate with internal team - cutting, packaging, sales support,printing and delivery, etc to ensure no bottlenecks and smooth supply of our product merchandise to the client or consumer

- To manage and ensure supply of various raw materials with vendor base as per projected demand from clients

- Manage vendors on various parameters - lead time, wip stocks, quality, material accountability, bills, payments, and any other issues

- Periodical monitoring reports - weekly/monthly and escalation of any issues to suitable authorities to ensure the goal of 100% supply rate to our clients.

SKILL SET :

Education:

B.Tech or M.Tech in Fashion Technology

Preferred background in Fashion Technology and CAD CAM Designing

Technical Skills :

- Excellent planning skills - preferably good in lean concepts

- Good knowledge about various stages of supply chain like designing merchandise, production of the designed products

- Various methods of cutting, printing, packaging and ensuring maximum raw material efficiency as well a speed of delivery

- Working experience in operations like supply chain management, production planning, and startups fast paced environment

Personal Skills :

- Managing team towards the company goals

- Coordination with internal departments towards achievement of goals of daily deliverables as per the client requirements

- Vendor coordination and management skills towards benefit of company

- Honesty, Integrity

- Bargaining/Deal making skills for sourcing

- Problem Solving, Decision making

Other skills :

- Good eye for product detail

- Design skills and ability to perceive better from good and poor design / product quality

- Good at excel, data analysis

- Languages - English, Hindi
