Position Responsibility summary :
- Primary responsibilities are focused on one or more broadly defined core functional areas, such as Operations team, specialized administrative/financial management, business development and management.
- Collaborates directly with senior leadership and the stakeholders on the development of strategies to enhance the value and cost-effectiveness of all outcomes within the functional area of operation and participates in overall decision making as a member of the senior management team of the enterprise
- P&L Management :
- As Service delivery Head, managing operations delivery of the Integrated Pharma Services, Maintaining Gross Margins
- Define and follow-up of financial picture of service delivery, focusing on cost effectiveness.
- Organize weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual business reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Creating Additional Revenue opportunities with existing clients
- Reliable and committed leader with clear thinking and attention to detail of GTM (go to market) strategy .
- Client Management
- Accountable for Achieving all client KPI and Contractual obligations.
- Responsible for Handling escalated situations in which addition oversight and assistance is required.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of every client program under the purview.
- Managing overall request of client while ensuring service level standards are met.
- Organize monthly/ quarterly/ annually business reviews with Client
- Team Management
- Providing coaching & counselling to the team.
- Define and track performance of employees & services with KPI & SLA management
- Attrition
- Training and growth plan for key responsible team
- Compliance
- Ensuring compliance is met at all given times.
- Customer Centricity
Customer Satisfaction is prime actionable of services. Making sure NPS Scores are met.
Qualification: Graduate and MBA(Preferable)
