Healofy - Recruiter - Talent Acquisition (4-6 yrs)
Being a product driven company, we are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Rockstar, someone who can source, screen, shortlist and pitch to qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles like product, data science, business, etc.
Networking should be a strong suit for you both online and offline, to discover potential candidates, to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling end to end hiring and building team from 70 - 120+ people in the next 6-8 months.
- Source the best candidates for the role.
- Selling the company's vision and creating a strong brand in front of the potential candidates
- Engaging the candidate post offer acceptance and before joining, and making sure he/she joins Healofy.
Job Requirements :
- 4 - 6 years of relevant recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team in a product company
- Ability to source the best candidates
- Strong persona and convincing ability to persuade the candidates to join Healofy
- Hacker by nature who loves to solve hiring challenges by using niche techniques
