Healofy - Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - IIT/BITS/NIT

Healofy is building India's largest women social network focusing on women specifically from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.

We started in 2016 as a community for moms and to-be-moms and we have now evolved into a full-fledged women social network. These women get connected with each other via similar interests like food, fashion, etc, similar age of their babies and by the same language.

Content on our app is available in 9 Languages - English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali.

We envision Youtube as our competitor when it comes to the kind of content available online.

We are currently looking for Product Managers who are strong problem solvers with a data-driven approach.

Skills required :

- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and behavior design .

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to user metrics.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good knowledge of analytics tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, etc

- Experience in a fast-paced B2C Series A/B startup is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own your product deliverables

- Execute new product initiatives. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships to deliver new projects against ambitious timelines.

- Conduct analyses on user behaviors and trends. Use these analyses to take product decisions and future developments.

- Attend daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss daily product progress.

- Participate in product strategy and tactical planning conversations. Brainstorm on best next steps for product development.
