Procurement Manager (Food and Nutrition OR Toys OR Apparels OR Personal care and cosmetics category only) We are looking for a sourcing and procurement manager to join the Healofy Operations team. The goal is to build a strong and reliable network of suppliers to support the company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Suppliers relationships (Contracts, T&Cs, cost price negotiations, year-end costing, and monitoring results) and Suppliers. The Sourcing and procurement manager is responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations. Main responsibilities include : - Lead new product line Planning, Research, Development and growth for nutrition category - Grow and manage supplier portfolio - Negotiating new supplier contracts and optimizing existing ones - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, providing a high level of issue resolution where necessary - Excellent at communication and relationship building at all levels and across all departments - Place and manage POs, working in conjunction with Supply planning - Co-Manage Product development, innovation, negotiate COGs & delivery dates, and ensure smooth project execution & delivery of finished products - Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking. Requirements : - 5+ years experience sourcing/Procurement experience with product development/Raw Materials for Food & Nutrition, Apparel, Toys, Personal care & Cosmetics category. - Strong packaging & FMCG expertise as well as networks in the industry - Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial analysis. - Growth Mindset - Self-motivated & hard working - Is it you we are looking for?
