Roles and Responsibilities:

We are a team of 30 people set to grow to a team of 100 people in the next 3 quarters of which 50% will be females. We are looking for a process-driven smart female HR who can set up the entire HR function.

We are a young family of data driven folks who are passionate about solving problems each day.

We are looking for someone who loves to measures everything through metrics and numbers!

Day-to-day responsibilities

1. Employee engagement, wellness, retention and grievance redressal

2. Maintaining Healofy's core cultural values through expansion

3. Drafting all policies and documentation

4. Managing payroll and company expenses
