Profile Title - New Product Development Head- Food & Nutrition


We are looking for a New Product Development Manager/Head to join the Healofy team. Bring innovative and differentiated nutrition supplements from concept to market that support our core customers' health goals and meet Healofy commitments to safety and efficacy.

Responsibilities :

- Lead new Product Development Planning, R&D Process for product development, Regulatory Compliances and growth in the nutrition category (Pregnancy and Parenting stages)

- Proactively identifying and developing innovative opportunities in nutrition, and translating these into product applications that address business and consumer needs

- Co-Manage Product development, innovation, negotiate COGs & delivery dates, and ensure smooth project execution & delivery of finished products

Requirements :

- Proven experience in commercializing nutrition products from ideation to launch, increasing brand visibility, and profitability in Indian markets.

- Innovative and driven leader experienced in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and vendor management within the dietary supplement industry.

- An encouraging team member and peer who actively works to encourage others to strive for exceptional performance and is always willing to pick up responsibilities when needed.

- Exceptionally strong organizational and interpersonal skills paired with industry knowledge drive this passionate achiever to consistently innovate and manage projects that align with brand strategy to positively and effectively impact company sales.
