Manager - Marketing (BTL)

Objective : The Primary responsibility is to strategies, conceptualize & drive BTL activities by liaising with appropriate vendors, agencies at Hyderabad. The role involves ideating, planning, strategizing and budgeting of BTL activities by managing vendors. Designing and implementing advertising campaigns, promotional activities, coordinating, reporting and re-targeting the advertisements with vendors shall be primary functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying and setting up of strong network of vendors / agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective areas.

- Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors for the day-to-day reporting and operations of vendors.

- Effective coordination with all the vendors / agencies to make use of publicity as an effective marketing tool.

- Analysis and evaluating the performance of the vendor and results.

- Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand placement.

- Planning and innovative new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness ensuring greater brand visibility.

- Retargeting to reach out to the customers who have already shown interest in the product.

- Branding & Visual Merchandising and coordination with agencies for designing promotional collaterals.

- Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market.

- Brand strategy, Brand planning, Brand activation, Brand communication, Brand launch, re-launch and Brand performance analysis reports etc.

- Think and manage strategically and flexible with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail.

Desired Skills :

- MBA from a reputed institute.

- 7+ years of past experience in the relevant field.

- Candidates from E-Commerce industry will be preferred.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of vendor management and BTL campaigns, including event management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ready to travel
