What you'll do?:&nbsp; - Maximise Headout's fulfilment rate(your KPI) through robust inventory management and accuracy. - Implement new age inventory management techniques and methods, positively impacting stock availability. - Ensure minimal losses through accurate management of all SKUs - Work with key stakeholders to improve collaborative efforts between our partners and Headout with regards to inventory management at Headout - Build a team of associates that will form the backbone of the entire fulfilment maximisation effort at Headout. - Work closely with associates to ensure daily operational excellence and individual career development Who you are? - Process-oriented: You love the idea of interworking systems and structured processes. - People-focused: You prioritize people above all else and understand that the key to our overall success lies in the happiness of our partners. - Product passionate: You are excited about Headout and can see endless potential for impacting the lives of our users in a meaningful way. - Organised: You have the ability to understand the impact of a wide array of tasks and prioritise them to manage your limited bandwidth. - 2-5 years of managerial experience gained in consulting, marketing or operations management at a startup with at least 5 years of experience overall. - Start-up experience &amp; entrepreneurial spirit
