Your Role: As Head - Business Finance Operations & analysis, you are responsible for maintaining the sanctity of the company's financial data, managing day-to-day financial operations, communicating financial goals and outcomes to internal & external stakeholders and driving insights for better decision-making across business functions. An entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to wear many hats and deep analytical skills are a must. Role & Responsibilities: - Design efficient systems & processes within the Finance team that allow for rapid scale - Streamline & automate day-to-day operations for efficiency and accuracy - Own all cost centers within finance including payment gateways, forex, remittance, banking & settlement fees - Provide business teams with strategic decision support through analytics and financial insights - Drive the team and functional partners to better outcomes through clear communication of performance and synthesis of results - Build and nurture your team to deliver consistent results - Build strong tracking & reporting mechanisms Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in either strategic consulting, business finance or business operations with at least 3 years of managerial experience - Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management or finance - Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis using tools like excel, spreadsheets or SQL - Ability to self-start and work in an unstructured environment - Ability to multitask and be an effective project leader - Strong interpersonal & communication skills to work collaboratively and consultative with other teams - Prior experience of working with engineering & product teams to drive process automation is a plus
