Headout - Associate - Finance & Accounting

Headout is hiring a Finance Associate to join our growing team and be a part of our rapid growth journey. You will work with the rest of our Finance team to maintain Headout's financial data, support business decision-making, manage risk & exposure and drive our growth.

Your Role

- Maintain records for Headout's global business including our companies in US & UK

- Ensuring financial controls are in place and are followed, maintaining data integrity

- Prepare & submit regular MIS reports to founders & leadership team

- Manage & coordinate our taxation responsibilities globally

- Liaison with external consultants to ensure that all statutory compliances are met

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for key data to support business decisions

- Track budgetary expenditure and conduct variance analysis

- Ensure accurate record keeping of all supporting documents

- Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of audits

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

- Great focus and attention to detail

- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like Excel / Google Sheets

- Proficiency in Tally

- Strong data and quantitative skills
