Headlight - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Introduction:
We are a Mumbai based startup in the automotive tech space. We are a very nascent company with a team size of 4 currently. As an endeavor to build our founding team, we looking for our next hire as a business development manager.
Job Description:
- Generating leads and identifying owners/decision makers of automotive workshops in Mumbai. These include authorized service centres as well as neighborhood garages.
- Setting up meetings and convincing workshops to use our tech platform.
- Establishing relationships with workshop owners, ensuring recurring and incremental business.
What we are looking for:
- Somebody with B2B sales experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Candidate should have interacted with top management, owners, senior level mangers during this stint.
- Experience in the mobile app space or automotive industry is a plus.
- Fluent English and presentable personality is important.
- Candidate should be comfortable in working and adapting to the culture of a very nascent startup and the volatility that comes with it.
