Head - Zonal Service Operations - Telecom (5-10 yrs)

URGENT opening for Zonal Service Operation Head, for a Top Telecom, Candidate should be flexible for any where in North / Central location. CTC to be offered : around 20 -22 lacs

Tier 1 B-school pass-outs preferred (2009/10/11 batches).

The customer service department at the Corporate is responsible for satisfying and supporting the largest domestic telecom customer base. The team collaborates to define and implement the overall service strategy to enhance end to end customer experience. As the zonal service operations head, you will be owning the zones and have to ensure minimized performance variance among zones. You will also be responsible for implementing & driving collaborative Initiatives across departments on customer service at a zonal level, in order to significantly enhance business performance.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. You will work in close coordination with cross functional teams ensuring high levels of coordination between sales & service at zones to ensure documentation compliance on sales.

2. You will be the key driving force to ensure effective management of relationship centers / showrooms and increased partner involvement.

3. Your business acumen combined with your analytical abilities will help in Increasing the productivity of ARC/agencies with regular review with zones.

4. You will be the key driver in reviewing & improving high customer retention through zones.

5. With your strategic direction, the team will lead timely execution of actions through ARCs ( service centers) to enhance rural experience.

6. With an eye for detail, you will operationally manage the entire product/service lifecycle at the zonal level as well as track and report on performance of various initiatives.

Major Challenges :

- Managing the engagement between zones and circle CS/sales verticals

- Understand & proactively prepare for future business challenges based on current trends

- Influencing ZBMs and people management at zones.
