Head - Yard Management - NBFC

We Are Looking for an Head- Yard Management- for one of my client at mumbai location.

My client is an well known top -5- NBFC. person will be responsible to take care for PAN India as a Head Yard Management.

Below the job responsibilities.

Disposal

- Disposal of repossessed assets (Movable)

- Disposal of vehicles through e-auctions & physical auctions

- Strategic distribution of portfolio

- Review auction portals

- Have strong dealers network for both movable & immovable assets

Yard Management

- Deciding on opening and closing of stock yard

- Designing audit parameters for stock yards

- Ensuring stock yards adhere to agreed service levels

- Ensuring robust security levels at stock yards

- Designing parameters to ensure no dispute at the time of repo & storage

YRM Operations

- Deciding valuation parameters

- Reviewing valuation partners

- Ensuring smooth dispatch of Pre-Sale Notices

- Ensuring correct and timely vendor payouts

- Ensuring timely closure of accounts

Digitalization

- Developing application for smooth functioning of repo to disposal process

- Automation of all the reports and MIS

- Automation of collection agency allocations

Strategy

- Pre Delinquency Measures

- Designing KRA's for collection team

- Running contest and campaigns

- Payout redesign - agency and employee incentives

- Education campaigns on collection code of conduct

- Running project on Cost Reduction and Charges Collection
