Head - Work Force Management - Contact Center Operations (15-25 yrs)
An International contact center is looking for a strong candidate to lead and manage the WFM function.

- Workforce Management
- Performance management
- Actively involved in P&L, Budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Resource Allocation
- MIS and Analytics
- Act as an Advisor to Business leaders
- Partner in Transformation and Change Management initiatives
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
We are looking for a strong leader who can come in and hold the fort for a Workforce of almost 10K and direct and lead the business with valuable insights and direction from his end.
