Head - wholesale operations (Construction Finance - Structured Finance)

Key Accountabilities will be to manage :

- Operations for the Structured finance & Construction finance business.

- All the disbursement and post disbursement activities.

- Ensuring documentation of the proposals.

- Monitoring customer portfolios & ensuring payment schedules being met.

- Supervises note preparation, documentation, funding and other services used by loan customers.

- Timely and accurate output and maintains established controls, manages distribution of work flow to minimize overtime.

- Review and Checking of Documentation & reporting of pending compliance, maintaining safe custody of documentation.

- Completes reports and various other documents, and ensures all supervisory deadlines are met timely.

- Coordinate with Credit and Risk Teams for Asset Monitoring.

- Ensures established policies and procedures are followed by all stakeholders.

- Responsible for portfolio analysis, budgeting and reporting.

Candidate Requirement :

- 7-10 years of experience into structured finance and corporate finance credit operations.

- Strong knowledge of disbursement & post disbursement related operations experience.
