The Role / Job Description:

Responsible for all Central Administration & Day to Day Operations for the Group including;

a) Accounts, MIS & Controls for multiple companies

b) Contract Administration including intra company / intra SBU coordination

c) Project Management / Multiple Projects coordination

d) Multiple Clients & Multiple Transactions

e) Search / Recruitment Operations

f) Vendor Management

g) Systems and Process adherence and improvement

h) IT / Database Management

i) MIS & Controls

The Candidate Details:

a) Age : 45 to 55 yrs.

b) Education : Grad + Inter CA / ( CA or ICWA) + MBA Finance - preferred

c) Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum 5 years of working experience in multi-divisional, multi-location companies / Mid-Size / entrepreneur driven companies / Service Industries

d) Accounts, MIS & Controls for multiple companies

e) Funding (Equity Funding) / Treasury / Resourcing of capital

f) Handling Commercial activities

g) Handled MIS & Controls for multiple companies

h) Multiple Projects coordination

i) Multiple Clients & Multiple Transactions

j) Strong leadership skills & Multi-tasking abilities

k) Tech Savvy - IT Management
