Head/VP - Sales - Pharma (22-30 yrs)

Our client is one of most recognized and respected brands in Indian Pharmaceutical company, with set of strong brands under its belt. Our client seeks Head of Sales ( designated as Vice President).

This role heads entire sales function on Pan India basis, for its largest and general medicine division. This division is close to 700 Crs and comprises of some of the leading brands in its categories.

This role reports into the Director of Sales and Marketing and manages the sales team close to 800. This role is based in Mumbai HQ of our client.

Roles and Skills -

1. Heading entire sales function and be responsible of sales P&L.

2. Effectively launch new products

3. Key account management on Pan India level.

4. Strategies to improve PMPM of the team

5. Provide leadership to create more leaders

6. Number person

7. Experience of managing sales union

8. Creating an agile sales team

9. Identifying market needs

10. A great team player

11. Must have managed large sales team with the sales of at least 350-400 Crs.

12. Experience of PAN India operation OR at least 3 zones in MUST
