Head/VP - Marketing - Social Live Streaming space (6-10 yrs)

In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, budgeting, and executing short-medium term user growth-oriented marketing strategies. You will also work closely with the user engagement and content team to capture consumer insights and build the learnings into new marketing experiments, growth enablement collaterals, and product development.

The nature of the projects will range from understanding and defining customer segmentation to their acquisition, retention, and engagement. Building brand awareness (online/ offline), forging strategic partnerships, creating own branded properties, devising and implementing growth hacking plans will be a few of the key business drivers that will fall into the work domain.

Must to Have:

- Objective first principle-driven approach to identify and solve problems.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Passion to build a large-scale production and impact the lives of millions.

- Entrepreneurial approach and ability to strike balance between speed to ship and quality.

- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership position.

- Experience in Consumertech SOCIAL OR CONTENT OR AUDIO OR NEWS startup space

- Good pedigree education and work experience

What you will be doing here:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase amplify user growth in a time bound manner

- Set current and middle-term goals for internal teams

- Monitor all user growth-driven marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary

- Ensure a high level of daily user engagement through innovative structures, working in collaboration with user engagement and content team

- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics

- Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and implement them

- Monitor industry trends and schedule meetings to share new information with the team

- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products. Find opportunities for automation

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
