Looking to hire Head HR for a leading Auto Components Companies, should have exp between 15 - 25 yrs, in core HR out of which last 5 yrs min in leadership position, exposure of multiple plants and sites management and Organization structuring. Location - Delhi NCR
Job Responsibility
Responsible for all sites in India. Coordinating activities with HQ, Business lines, and JV stake holders.

Essential Skills and Exposures :
- Knowledge and application of the national, regional and local labor law, collective agreements, and general Company regulations;
- HRMS ( Payroll & Time Management)
- Representation role in institutions and authorities;
- Knowledge and implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles
- Change Management ability: re-engineering and implementation of new structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles;
- Knowledge and calculation of cost of labor and Overhead Cost Management;
- Constant involvement in Company Business strategies and ability to implement policies and projects in order to meet business objectives
